Excellent service and professionalism. I went to Ralarsa to have my windshield replaced, and José, the technician who helped me, explained everything very kindly and clearly. He advised me that, in my case, a repair was better, both in terms of time and the insurance benefits.
It's so nice to find honest professionals who care about their customers and look for the best solution, instead of doing an unnecessary replacement. I'm very grateful for the service I received and will definitely return to Ralarsa when I need to. Highly recommended for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service! 👏😊
