Taller de lunas Ralarsa Llanera

I broke the rear window of my 15-year-old van. My insurance company referred me to this company, and from the moment they contacted me, everything went very smoothly. They handled everything with great professionalism and managed to replace the window despite its age. Once there, they were quick and very friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for your professionalism.

Windscreen repair. Quick and no appointment needed. Excellent repair results and service.

The customer service was fantastic—fast, friendly, and efficient.

And they even gave us a little something extra.

The staff were friendly and did a good job, but the manager was a bit pedantic about the rules and access procedures. He should relax a little more when dealing with customers.

In response to your reply, I don't think it's necessary to contact you again; hopefully, I won't have to return. My comment is as a customer's opinion. As you mentioned (let's call it the entry protocol), it would be helpful if, when delivering the vehicle, you focused on customer satisfaction, the work done, the service received, and not just said, "This is xxx, you can now pick up the vehicle."

Excellent service, they repaired my windshield on the spot, very professional in both their work and customer service. I'll definitely be back.
